REACH regulation: The REACH regulation is a preventive management regulation for chemicals in the European Union, requiring registration, evaluation, authorization, and restriction of chemical substances. SVHC includes substances with carcinogenic, mutagenic, reproductive toxic, persistent, and bioaccumulation properties. Control measures include supply chain information transmission obligations, authorization list system, and restriction list system. The draft will be soliciting public opinions from November 21, 2025 to December 19, 2025.
